Delegate substitutions may be made at any time in writing. If you need to substitute a delegate name, or cancel a registration, please email jackie.broatch@palladiumES.com or call +44 1225 342811.
Refunds for cancellations cannot be issued after 21 September 2007. Cancellations for registrations received after this date are still liable for full payment of the registration fee.
